13 days

So, Dan and I got our temple recommends this week. We were actually pretty nervous about meeting with President Knapp, cause he's intense. But, we passed. Phew! haha. A lot has happened in the last week. I, at the last minute, found a subleaser to move in last saturday. So, understandably, I moved into our new place that same day. Mixed blessing let me tell you. On the plus side: I finally get to see what it's like to live on my own, and we don't have to pay 3 rents. On the not so plus side: the apartment smells horrid. The family that lived there before were Indian, not being rascist, so the whole apartment smells like old, caked in, indian food. Oh man. My entire week, and all my energy, has been focused on battling this apartment. To the death. I have pine-soled all the walls, re-varnished all the wood, vaccumed, fabreezed everything, repaired the bathroom mess, scrubed the floors, and tried to get everything organized before Dan moves in. The result: it smells slightly less gross. It now has an intriguing mixture of fabreeze and indian food that makes me want to gag as soon as I walk in the door. On the bright side though, it's warm so i'm leaving all the windows open. Seriously, I just ate a sandwhich and somehow it sort of tasted like fabreeze. UGH. I'm having quite the adventure. It just needs some tender loving care is all. I'll put pictures up soon. Be aware, though, that we only have a couch and an air mattress. Don't judge. You can't see the work i've done through pictures cause you just can't smell what i smell. :)

So exctited!!! I'm getting MARRIED in 13 days! woot!

Wow. Yup that about covers it. Too bad about the indian food smell. I'll get you a candle from this awesome candle shop in Logan and hopefully that will make it all better :)

You can totally see our new apartment if you have time in your busy wedding week schedule. You can even sleep over if you want. We can put dan in the living room and you can sleep in our second bedroom and we can play dance dance revolution all night long - YAY!!!

Ouch!!!! That's terrible...but you are a lucky one, to be honest because you'll have some HILARIOUS stories to tell in the future. ;)

(Remember Pres. Knapp's stories? His stories are always funny and awesome. So will yours!)
