Here's what's been going on:
I just finished an insanely hard Shakespeare paper this morning. That is going to be a very interesting grade. Do you ever get done writing a paper and just know it's no good? Yeah, it's no good. But! It is done, so that's something.
Dan and I have both sold our beds because we are desperate for money. Sad right? Looks like i'll be sleeping on the floor for the next 2 weeks of my single life. If only trying to get married wasn't so dang expensive. Such is life.
Lianne and Derek got engaged last weekend! That was exciting, although, I have to admit that my first thought was, "My poor mother".
Dan has been making me eat a lot of tomatoes. I don't know why actually... maybe I should ask.
When I get bored, recently, I've taken to watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer first season. Wow, I know right?
School is probably going to be the death of me. No, I take that back. It'll be stress for the win!
Lianne has successfully eaten all of my food and used most of my make-up. Normally this wouldn't be a problem except that I am wicked poor, hence the bed selling. So, i'm starving and ugly in my uber stressed out mode. Haha.
So, in conclusion, here is an ode to my bed. And my old life actually. I'm kind of sad to move out of my room and apartment. I really like it here. It's decorated just the way I like. In two weeks i'm moving into a hole of an apartment where we have no furniture (including no bed) and I will no longer be living with my sister. Sad.
Anyways... I really am excited though!! Married! I am going to marry my best friend in the whole world and we are going to have such a blast. I would hate to live in that apartment with anyone else, but I know we'll make it work. 18 days!!!
This is the day we moved in. With silly string
Taking pictures to sell both our beds. Goodbye my beautiful bed. I'll miss you

You have a lava lamp?
Groovy.
Being poor gives you a good foundation in marriage. When all you have is each other, it makes it a lot easier to get along.
So it's looking like inflatables-ville for you. Inflatable matress, inflatable couch, etc. Don't worry, It'll be fun - like camping :)
i agree with blaire, that everyone is poor at first & it's not so bad. your marriage will be what you make it-regardless of where you are living & how much you have. i have been just as happy when we've been struggling as i have been when we have been doing better.
and plus--you can buy a case of 100 top ramen's at costco for like $10...bam!...lunch for 6 months (i eat one everyday). do you have a membership? if not, i'll take you. ;)
and also--check the free section in the classifieds on ksl.com. you might find some stuff for your new apartment for free & if not, you could definitely find some stuff for mere pennies.
can't wait to see you at your beautiful wedding! and tell leanne congrats, too! xo.
